Strengthen
Strengthening churches and leaders
Accomplish your God-given mission through healthy leaders and healthy congregations.
Your church has a mission to move the gospel forward. Let’s make it happen together.
Converge North Central has several pathways of partnership as we seek to equip and promote greater health for Pastors, Boards, and Churches.
BEING SHAPED TOGETHER
“Better Together,” “Converging for the Gospel,” and other catchphrases point to the reality of our network’s local ministry resourcing and shared identity.
FORMING FUTURE LEADERS
Trout Lake Camps, Bethel University, and CNC support pastoral transitions; together, we are developing concepts and projects to strengthen our shared leadership pipeline.
REPRODUCING THE GOSPEL
Evangelism; Disciple-making; Missions “here, near, and far”; YES – to all three! These are the mutual results and fruit that flow from increasing health via partnership through many different multiplication strategies.
SHARED INVESTMENT
Churches, pastors, and CNC have access to resources and equipping that sustain our mission. Sometimes even better than free – we’ll contribute to you. It’s all about funding the mission we share.
REGIONAL TEAM COLLABORATION
We believe we are better with others by our side. Connect with a regional leader, keep your pastor and church healthy, and reach more people with the gospel. CNC’s Regional Teams!
PARTNERING BEYOND CNC
In addition to these Converge North Central pathways, we encourage you to connect with CNC ministry partners!
How churches are strengthened through Converge North Central
We unite over what we share
As we work together in Christ, we celebrate differences in expression.
We’re not here to take over—we’re here to serve
We provide an outside perspective and actionable solutions without oversight.
We help your church through any need
We’re on call to assist with the many missional and personal challenges leaders encounter.
We’ve been doing this for more than 150 years
We do whatever it takes to stay faithful to Scripture and share the gospel across divisions.
