Be organized – We are grateful to have many dedicated leaders and a large group of students Elementary through High School age serving and attending Wednesday evening ministries.
Now, what do we expect you to do?
As a Youth Pastor, you will be….
Coming alongside our current ministry teams in order to provide leadership and support to our youth programs that meet on Wednesday evening
Developing and executing a plan to connect students and their parents to church life by providing fellowship opportunities, discipleship classes, and other growth opportunities
Assisting and being an active participant at JBF’s community outreach efforts
Assisting the Lead pastor in crisis intervention and congregational emergencies
Assisting the Lead Pastor by preaching periodically on Sunday mornings
Shepherding the hearts of children, youth and families at JBF
What you’ll want to know: This is a part time position requiring 20-25 hours per week. The hours are flexible according to the needs of the ministry and the balance of family life.
