The Accounting Staff is a key member of the Trout and Converge North Central (CNC) team and an essential part of Trout Lake Camps’ ministry. At Trout our core beliefs dictate how we serve and minister to others be it campers, parents, volunteers, interns, summer and year-round staff. This is a full-time ministry position, in which our heart, commitment, and attitude of reflecting Jesus should be evident to everyone as we communicate the essence of the Gospel.
This position is directly accountable to our Finance and Special Projects Director. The core duty and responsibility of the Accounting Staff member is to manage the financial operations of Trout Lake Camps and CNC. This staff member will concentrate on facilitating financial best practices, identifying issues and strategizing solutions to help Trout and CNC run efficiently.
