About the role
Renovation Church is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager who will help create a healthy, Christ-centered workplace where staff are equipped, supported, and able to thrive in their roles. This position oversees key HR functions including hiring and onboarding, payroll and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and staff development while partnering with leadership to strengthen HR systems and support the continued growth of Renovation Church. It is an ideal role for someone who is able to be a one-person department.
This is a regular, full-time role. The compensation for this position will be $46,800 – $62,400.
