The Kids Ministry Director at North Haven Church is responsible for overseeing and coordinating vibrant, Christ-centered programs for children from preschool through elementary age. This includes leading the mid-week kids program on Wednesday nights and organizing the Sunday morning kids ministry that runs during worship services. The director will work closely with church staff and volunteers to create a safe, engaging, and spiritually formative environment where children can learn about and experience the love of Jesus. This role also involves building meaningful relationships with kids and their families, supporting parents in their discipleship efforts, and ensuring that all children’s ministry activities align with the mission and values of North Haven Church.
