The Kids and Student Ministry Associate leads and implements Sunday morning kids programming and Wednesday night students programming to equip kids and students to be and love like Jesus. They ensure that all ministry areas utilize trained volunteer leaders through holistic recruitment, development and support. They envision and lead family events throughout the year to help build culture and community amongst Bush Lake families and/or Hub partners.
